Please do not forget your membership card as these are needed for entry to the park. Please ensure to book any children who are under 3 years old

Please note:

• In line with new Covid-19 legislation, from Monday 14th September, groups of more than one household must not exceed a maximum of 6 people.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected booked.
• Tickets bought online are non-refundable, unless the zoo is closed.
• Due to various circumstances, it cannot be guaranteed that all animals will be on public show on the day of your visit.
