-From 14 September 2020 it will be against the law to meet people you do not live with in a group larger than 6 (unless you are meeting as a household or support bubble - please refer to the Government guidance for more information on exemptions). This applies indoors and outdoors and includes when visiting zoos.
-By law, as part of the Government Test and Trace initiative, one person in a group (of up to 6 people) MUST provide their individual contact details. This is a Government requirement. These details will be taken as part of the online booking process. Visitors can also scan the official NHS QR code or complete a paper form.
-From Saturday 8 August, you MUST wear a face covering in all enclosed spaces at the Zoo in line with Government guidance, unless exempt by law. This includes animal houses and all other indoor spaces, as well as our admissions and retail building.
Thank you for your understanding.
