General Tickets

Please note that visitors must have a valid gardens admission ticket or membership, and a train ticket to ride the Steam Railway.
The standard train timetable is 11am, 11.45am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.15pm and 3pm.
Your train tickets are not for a particular train and can be used on the train of your choosing.
If you would like to use a Gardeners' World 2 for 1 card, please choose one Adult gardens admission ticket and one Gardeners World 2 for 1 gardens admission ticket.

Universal Credit/Benefit holder tickets
You will need to present proof of either your (PIP) Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Housing Benefit, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC), Working Tax Credits (WTC), Income Support, Application registration card (ARC) on arrival.
Each benefit holder is entitled to one Universal Credit/Benefit holder gardens admission ticket each, plus up to 2 additional guest tickets (child over 3 or adult), and up to 3 rail tickets to include themselves plus their 2 guests.
