This pretty A5 notebook features the vibrant 'Chawton Leaf' wallpaper design from the Dining Room at Jane Austen's House.

This stunning Regency wallpaper design was recreated from a fragment of historic wallpaper found in the Dining Room at Jane Austen’s House, and believed to have been on the walls when Jane Austen lived here.

The pattern was carefully recreated by historic wallpaper specialist Hamilton Weston, using traditional techniques.

‘Chawton Leaf’ wallpaper features a striking leaf pattern in bright ‘arsenic’ green, a popular early 19th century colour, when it was fashionable to bring the outside into the interior.

This pretty, practical notebook has a soft cover and an elastic strap to hold it closed. It would make a wonderful gift, either to yourself or for any Jane Austen fan.
