MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• 30-minute tubing session.
• Suitable for participants aged 4 years and over.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time for sign-in.
• Long sleeves, full-length trousers and gloves are required to take part.
• Participants aged 16 years and under must have their responsible adult remain on site throughout the session. The responsible adult must also be present at sign-in to complete any required paperwork.


BOOKING TERMS & MOVING A BOOKING

• Within 24 hours of making the booking: Free of charge.
• 7 or more days before your session: £5 administration fee per booking.
• 6 days or fewer before your session: Treated as a cancellation with no refund.
• No refund or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
