All guests must have a valid pre-booked ticket as tickets will not be sold on the day

  • You are entitled to one free adult ticket for every 6 paid child tickets
  • All children up to age 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • One free carer will be admitted with one paying guest with accessibility needs
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are non-refundable
  • Last entry to the zoo is 3:30pm
  • Zoo membership does not apply for this special event all tickets need to be purchased below

      • Ticket sales will close on Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 17:00
