The arrival time is when Santa is ready to greet you, please be the grotto 5 minutes before your selected time. You are welcome to explore the zoo before and after your grotto visit.
Children visiting Santa's Grotto must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or over). Please note any accompanying adult will need to purchase admission tickets for the same date unless you are already a Paignton Zoo member.
