Please note to activate a season pass photographs of the pass holder and ID must be received by us. Please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Passes may take up to 3-4 working days to process.

Please note: Our 2021 Season Passes are valid for all park opening dates between March and October 2021. Please check opening dates before visiting. Entrants under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years).
All Season Pass applications will require proof of identification and a photo of the pass holder; please refere to our Terms & Conditions for full details. Season Passes will not be sent out/available for collection until all information requested is received.
Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
While COVID-19 measures are in place, season pass visits must be pre-booked online via our website at www.pleasurewoodhills.com and choosing "I Have a Season Pass"
Discounted entry to our partners, including Easton Farm Park, Jimmys Farm and Sealife Great Yarmouth, requires provision on the gate of both your Pleasurewood Hills Season Pass and photographic identification.
The season pass is for the designated pass holder only and not for any other individual. A photo of the pass holder and a valid identity must be received and validated before the pass is processed. Examples of permissible identification; · Over 18s: UK Photo Driving licence or passport with a recent utility bill · 17 and under: Birth certificate or benefits letter with date of birth
Season Passes are only valid on dates which the park is open.
Season Pass holders under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Season Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Pleasurewood Hills Limited reserves the right to withdraw a season pass if it is misused.
For Season Pass holders, a 10% discount is available at all retail and catering units on park. Please note that this excludes street games, arcades, vending machines and show merchandise. This discount cannot be passed onto non-Season Pass holders. Misuse of discount may result in Season Pass withdrawal.
Exclusive offers for Season Pass holders are at Pleasurewood Hills' discretion.
Renewals are done digitally, therefore our guests are advised to keep their previous season' pass/es. Any passes that are lost or stolen would be subject to a replacement fee.
Replacements passes are subject to an administration fee of £5 per pass.
Guests are not to behave in an anti-social manner. If guests behave in a way that is deemed unacceptable, they will be immediately asked to leave the premise, their pass/es will be barred, and no refunds will be given.
2020 Season Pass renewals are not required to submit a new photo or provide ID again (if our records show that these have previously been provided). Existing passes will be valid for the 2021 Season; new cards will not be issued.
The Management reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at any time without prior notice. Guests are also informed that rides, shows and attractions may be closed, temporarily withdrawn or made otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or inclement weather.
Additional Terms & Conditions for Customers Paying by Direct Debit
Direct Debit option is available for new passes only.
If paying by Direct Debit, the full value of the order of the passes purchased will need to be paid before the pass is able to be used.
An administration fee of £5 per pass is included within the Direct Debit purchase price.
In the event of a missed payment, the passes associated with the account will be suspended until the correct amount of the missed payment has been received.
The guest agrees to fulfil the full term of Direct Debit payments. In the event that a Direct Debit mandate is cancelled by the customer, no refunds are given for any payments made prior.
