Online Bookings
  • Daily Species Talks will take place @ 11:30am & 2:30pm (as advertised outside of the Gift Shop). Sea Lion feeding and training will take place @ 12:00pm & 3:00pm.
  • Discounted online tickets can be booked up to 11.59pm on the day before your visit. Standard price tickets can be purchased on the day of booking. You are also welcome to purchase tickets at the gate on arrival.
  • TICKETS ARE VALID FOR THE DAY STATED ON THE BOOKING. THEY ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE - THIS INCLUDES CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL SUCH AS ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
  • Dates in GREEN are available.
  • A date in ORANGE is the date selected.
  • Dates in RED are closed for online booking or not yet released. You are welcome to purchase tickets at the gate on arrival.
  • Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets can only be redeemed during opening hours and the last entry to the Zoo is approximately 1 hour before closing time - Click Here to see Opening Times
  • Disabled - A discounted rate is available for disabled visitors, due to the challenging terrain. Please note that verification of disability status will be required e.g. DLA/PIP Letter, DWP Book, Blue/Orange badge or letter from GP. You will be required to provide this on arrival. Please click here to see our Accessibility Statement before your visit.
  • Carers - If a visitor requests the need for a carer, as long as the above criteria has been met, a discounted carer ticket can be purchased alongside a disabled persons/wheelchair users ticket. Only 1 carer ticket may be purchased per disabled persons/wheelchair users ticket.
  • Zoo Members will be required to show their membership card on arrival.
  • In order to allow future development of the site, please note that our Reptile House will be closed. As a result of this change, we have brought our half price admissions offer forward to 1st December 2023. Please note that the Alligator House remains open for visitor viewing. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
  • Please note that our toilets underneath the Penguin Café are currently closed for refurbishment works. Alternative facilities can be found underneath the Safari restaurant and behind the Zoovenirs Gift Shop. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
