We are open daily from 10am - 5.30pm and admission tickets must be pre-booked online. Tickets are currently on sale up until 26th June.

Select the day you wish to visit then choose your arrival time. You may arrive any time from this selected time and have access to the farm park until we close. Please do not worry if you are running late! If you plan on arriving later than the last available option, please select this and then arrive later on.
If you cannot select a date it means it is sold out or tickets have not yet been released.

In the event of wet weather, we may need to operate timed playbarn sessions to ensure our capacity is managed safely. Visitors will be able to book their 45 minute session upon arrival in this instance.

You will receive a booking confirmation email so please have your booking reference number to hand upon arrival. Please check your junk folder if your email hasn't arrived in your inbox.

If you wish to make a booking using an existing Gift Card to make payment, please phone our office on 01372 363764.
Visitors with 5 visit passes and Free Entry Vouchers are required to reserve their tickets in advance. These passes must be presented upon entry or full payment will be required.
Disabled visitors are entitled to free admission for one carer. You may be asked to show evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a Blue Badge upon entry to qualify.
Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and time they are booked for as per your booking confirmation.

In the event that a member of your group tests positive for Covid-19, we request that they don't visit the farm. If you are unable to visit for this reason, then please contact us PRIOR to or ON your original intended date of visit to request to transfer your tickets to an alternative date. This will be subject to availability but we will make reasonable efforts to do so. Tickets not redeemed on their booked date will automatically expire and will not qualify for a transfer request.
