What is Gift Aid?

If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows us to treat the payment you make as a donation without you having to pay a penny more. For every £1 you donate, we can reclaim an additional 25p from the UK Government.

Gift aid declaration

I would like Bristol Zoological Society to reclaim the tax on this donation, all future donations and any donations I have given Bristol Zoological Society in the last four years. I agree to the following statement: I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year (April 6 2023 to April 5 2024) it is my responsibility to pay any difference. Gift Aid can only be claimed on donations for you and members of your family to visit Bristol Zoological Society.

Member classifications:

Adult and lifetime members are classed as aged 15 and over
Child members are classed as aged 2-14 inclusive

Lifetime membership is non-transferable and refunds are not issued if cancelled at any time. Life membership is not available for children. Membership benefits are the same as an annual membership and are subject to change.
