Daily Admission Tickets

Daily admission e-tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and entitle the holder to visit the Museum once during that period.

We are open every day, apart from a few days over Christmas. Summer opening times are 10am to 5pm, winter opening times 10am to 4pm. Summer opening hours start from 1st March and end when the clocks change in October. Last admission is one hour before closing. These times may be extended on event days

Tickets for the Concorde Experience can be purchased online or directly from the Museum on the day of your visit.

After purchasing your tickets online, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will contain your booking reference number which will be needed when collecting your tickets onsite. Usually you will receive your confirmation within half an hour. If you purchase your Official Souvenir Guide in advance, this will be presented to you on arrival at the Museum.

What is Gift Aid?

Are you a UK tax payer? If so, every £1 you give could be worth £1.25 to us, helping us fund our charitable work.

Gift Aid is a form of tax relief and, as a charity, we are able to claim back the tax on your admission to the garden as we can class your admission as a “charitable donation”.

We can claim back Gift Aid on your “donation” as long as you have agreed to pay the higher admission price that includes an additional 10% donation.

Regulations laid down by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) require all charitable attractions to ask visitors for an additional 10% donation on their admission before Gift Aid can be claimed.

By claiming Gift Aid on your donation we will gain an additional 25p for every £1 you have given us. This money will help fund our valuable charitable work.

I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give. Child tickets are for 5-16yrs inclusive ONLY - under 5yrs are free of charge and do not require a ticket. Family tickets are availbale and will admit up to 3 children.

ASSISTANCE DOGS ONLY ARE ADMITTED ON SITE - please do not try to bring other animals to the Museum as we are a NO DOGS SITE and they will be refused admission.
Admission onto the Museum site is only granted to children and young people aged 16 and under if they are accompanied by an adult
