Step 1: Choose the date of your visit. Tickets are only valid for this date.

Step 2: Select your grotto time slot. Please arrive at the Farm Park at least 15 minutes before your chosen time.

Step 3: Select tickets for guests taking part in the full Christmas Experience. This includes:
A personalised visit to Father Christmas
A gift from our Present Room
The Teddy Bear workshop
A festive sweet treat activity
Meet and greet our farm animals

Step 4: Add tickets for any additional accompanying guests on the next page. They can enjoy all areas and activities but will not receive gifts, the teddy bear workshop or festive sweet treat activity.

Members - The Christmas Experience is a special ticketed event. Member discounts are already applied to relevant ticket categories. Accompanying non-member adults can be added on the next page.

Regardless of your grotto time slot, your Experience ticket includes access to the Farm Park and activities from 9:30am - 7pm. Please allow enough time to enjoy all activities.
The Ox Shed restaurant and gift shop will be open throughout the day.
Tickets are valid for one occasion only, non-refundable, and cannot be used with other offers.
Booking amendments are subject to a £4 per person admin fee.
