Please do not travel to us without pre-booking your tickets.

Members no longer need to book before visting.

On arrival to the farm please present your booking reference/barcode to our admission team.

All tickets purchased online are valid for use on a single date only, are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. (If for any reason you need to change the date of your booking, a £2 per person admin fee may be incurred).

Please note: at weekends and during school holidays, we are limiting the number of children allowed in the playzones. You can book a time slot at reception when you arrive and these spaces are given on a first come, first served basis.

No refunds or exchanges will be given if time slots are full so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a Compass card must be provided to qualify for a free carer. Evidence provided must be dated within the last 2 years. Such evidence must be shown to our staff at entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required.
