For an essential companion ticket please bring your valid Access card showing the personal support +1 symbol to reception upon arrival, alongside your booking reference. The designated essential companion must be 14 years or over. If you wish to validate your booking before arrival please submit your valid access card full first and second name and number to admin@fishersfarmpark.co.uk at least 10 days prior to your booking date. If a valid access card with a +1 symbol is not provided in advance or shown on the day, the full charge for entry will be required. To register for an access card, or for more information go to www.accesscard.online/apply.

For groups visiting from care/residential homes, SEN organisations or similar, who are not able to apply through Nimbus (whether you're bringing a large group, do not have access to the documents required when making an application or cannot due to GDPR), we will instead accept a dated, headed & signed letter from the manager of your organisation, to be presented along with your staff ID at reception on arrival. The letter must state how many guests are visiting and how many Essential Companions are attending with them. We regret that we will not accept staff ID on its own; failure to produce a headed and dated letter alongside ID will require payment for all remaining guests.
