SNOWBOARD PRIVATE LESSON

Private Snowboard Lessons are for up to 3 participants, offering a personalised and focused experience.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your lesson start time.
This allows time to get fitted with boots and a board — this fitting is not part of your 1-hour slope lesson.

Each session lasts 1 hour and will be planned around the lowest ability in your group.

We do not recommend mixed-ability groups, as this can limit progression and enjoyment for all participants.

On the next page, you’ll be asked to select what you would like to work on:

• First Time
• Straight Runs (Balance)
• Heel Edge
• Toe Edge
• Falling Leaf (Heel Edge)
• Falling Leaf (Toe Edge)
• J-Turns
• S-Turns

This helps our instructors plan the session in advance — from slope layout to activity structure.

Snowboarding Requirements (Important)

Due to the friction and surface characteristics of our dry ski slope, snowboard participants must meet the following minimum participation requirements in order to achieve sufficient movement and downhill speed on the slope:

• Minimum weight: 8 stone (50kg)
• Minimum height: 1.55m (5ft 1in)
• Minimum shoe size: UK size 3

Participants who do not meet these requirements may be unable to generate enough momentum to move consistently on the slope.

To change or move a Snowboard Private Lesson after booking, a £10 admin fee will apply.
