HOW TO BOOK

1. Select your date
Green dates have availability. The date you select will appear blue.

2. Choose your lesson time
Times will only appear once a date has been selected. If no times are shown, that date is fully booked.

3. Select the number of participants
This option will appear once a lesson time has been selected.

4. Booking more than one lesson?
Private lessons can only be booked one session at a time. To book multiple dates, please complete a separate booking for each lesson. We recommend creating an account on the next page to help speed up future bookings.

5. Add to Basket
Once everything is selected, press "Add to Basket".

MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

PRIVATE SKI LESSONS 10+

• 1-hour private ski lesson.
• For participants aged 10 years and over.
• Maximum of 5 participants.


PENGUIN PRIVATE LESSONS 7–9

• 1-hour private lesson for children aged 7–9. Maximum 3 children.
• Depending on the child, on-slope time may be limited to approximately 45 minutes.


FAMILY PRIVATE LESSON

• 1-hour private ski lesson.
• For 2 adults and 2 children aged 7–9.


FOR ALL PRIVATE LESSONS

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson start time for equipment fitting and sign-in.
• Skis, boots and helmets are provided.
• Long sleeves, full-length trousers, long socks and gloves are required to take part.
• Participants aged 16 years and under must have their responsible adult remain on site throughout the lesson. The responsible adult must also be present at sign-in to complete any required paperwork.
• Penguin and Family pricing is only available for the stated age groups. Incorrect age bookings will be charged the appropriate Private Lesson price on arrival.


BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
• More than 7 days before your session: Refund less a £10 administration fee.
• Exactly 7 days before your session: 50% refund.
• 5–6 days before your session: 25% refund.
• 4 days or fewer before your session: No refund.
• We are not responsible for incorrect bookings made on behalf of another person. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your booking.
