HOW TO BOOK

1. Select your date
Green dates have availability. The date you select will appear blue.

2. Choose your session time
Times will only appear once a date has been selected. If no times are shown, that date is fully booked.

3. Select your group size
Choose the group size that best matches your expected attendance.

4. Tubing Barn (Optional)
If you would like exclusive use of the Tubing Barn following your session, please add the Tubing Barn option to your booking.

5. Add to Basket
Once everything is selected, press "Add to Basket".

2. Choose your arrival time
MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• 1-hour tubing session for groups of 10 or more participants.
• Suitable for participants aged 4 years and over.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your session start time for sign-in and group organisation.
• Long sleeves, full-length trousers and gloves are required to take part.
• Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the session date.
• A responsible group leader must remain on site throughout the session and be available at sign-in.
• Tubing Barn hire can be added to your booking for £30, giving your group use of the Barn immediately after your tubing session.


BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations:
• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
• More than 7 days before your session: Refund less a £10 administration fee.
• Exactly 7 days before your session: 50% refund.
• 5–6 days before your session: 25% refund.
• 4 days or fewer before your session: No refund.

Moving a booking:
• Within 24 hours of booking: Free of charge.
• More than 7 days before your session: £10 administration fee per booking.
• Exactly 7 days before your session: £20 administration fee per booking.
• 5–6 days before your session: £30 administration fee per booking.
• 4 days or fewer before your session: Considered a cancellation with no refund.

• We are not responsible for incorrect bookings made on behalf of another person. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your booking.
