IMPORTANT: The booking name and "Your Basket, Address & Payment Details" must match the cardholder's details.

If booking on behalf of someone else, please enter the participant's surname in the "Surname if different from booking name" box.


We recommend leaving no more than 10 days between lessons where practical.


HOW TO BOOK

1. Select your date
Green dates have availability. The date you select will appear blue.

2. Choose your lesson time
Times will only appear once a date has been selected. If no times are shown, that date is fully booked.

3. Select the number of participants
This option will appear once a lesson time has been selected.

4. Add to Basket
Once everything is selected, press "Add to Basket".


NEXT STEP: LEVEL 3 & 4

Once you have added your Level 2 session to the basket, the system will automatically take you to Level 3 and then Level 4.


IMPORTANT: ONLY BOOKING LEVEL 2

• Add the Level 2 session you want to your basket as normal.
• The system will then automatically take you to book Level 3.
• You do not need to select a Level 3 lesson. Simply select "Basket" from the row of blue boxes above to complete the booking for Level 2 only.

MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• 1-hour group ski lesson for participants aged 10 years and over.
• Suitable for skiers who have completed Introduction / Level 1 with us or equivalent beginner tuition elsewhere.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson start time for equipment fitting and sign-in.
• Skis, boots and helmets are provided.
• Long sleeves, full-length trousers, long socks and gloves are required to take part.
• Participants aged 16 years and under must have their responsible adult remain on site throughout the lesson. The responsible adult must also be present at sign-in to complete any required paperwork.


BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
• More than 7 days before your session: Refund less a £10 administration fee.
• Exactly 7 days before your session: 50% refund.
• 5-6 days before your session: 25% refund.
• 4 days or fewer before your session: No refund.
• We are not responsible for incorrect bookings made on behalf of another person. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your booking.
