Part One: Bath Green Park to Masbury Summit A fresh look at Ivo Peters' film of the Somerset & Dorset Railway, which closed in 1966. In part 1, after a brief introduction and a glimpse of the man behind the camera, we travel down the line from Bath Green Park to Masbury Summit, 811 feet above sea level on the Mendips. A subsequent volume will complete the journey to Broadstone, and then return to Bath from Evercreech Junction on a freight train.
